Oscar Tang
System Designer for Child Care & Family Support
I design systems, tools, and insights that help families, providers, and communities navigate early care and education with clarity and dignity. My work sits at the intersection of child care policy, data infrastructure, language equity, and human-centered design.
I collaborate with nonprofits, government agencies, foundations, and research partners who are working to build a more coherent, compassionate, and equitable child care ecosystem.
What I Focus On
Child Care Systems & Policy
Designing structures, processes, and decision-making tools that help agencies and organizations align around access, equity, and meaningful family support.
Data & Insight Infrastructure
Building transparent, multilingual, human-centered data systems and workflows that strengthen decision-making and ecosystem coordination.
AI, Tools & Practical Solutions
Creating prototypes, scripts, and workflows that reduce friction for providers, families, and front-line staff—so more energy can go to relationships, not bureaucracy.
